This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform (indieglow.in) operated by Schvan (doing business as IndieGlow). Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. Replacements will be delivered within 7-10 working days
Cancellation Policy
General Cancellations
Cancellation requests will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order and before the product has been shipped.
Limitations on Cancellations
Cancellation requests may not be entertained if:
- The order has been communicated to our production partner
- The printing/manufacturing process has been initiated
- The product is out for delivery
In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep at the time of delivery.
Non-Cancellable Items
We do not accept cancellation requests for:
- Customized or personalized products once production has begun
- Items already in the printing/production process
- Items marked as non-cancellable on the product page
However, refund/replacement can be made if you can establish that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
Refund Policy
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Products
IMPORTANT: To be eligible for refund or replacement, you must:
- Submit your claim within 7 days of delivery
- Provide an unboxing video of the package (mandatory for all claims)
- Provide clear photographs showing:
- The defective/damaged product
- The original packaging
- Close-up images of the defect or damage
Without an unboxing video, we cannot verify claims and will be unable to process refunds or replacements.
How to Handle Your Delivery
When Receiving Your Package:
- Inspect the package for visible damage before signing
- If the package appears damaged, mention the damage in the remarks when signing with the courier
- Record an unboxing video from the moment you receive the package
- Open the package carefully - damage caused by scissors or sharp objects during unboxing is not covered
Types of Issues Covered
1. Manufacturing Defects
- Misprinted designs
- Incorrect colors (beyond normal color variation - see below)
- Fabric defects or damage
- Poor print quality
2. Wrong Product Received
- Wrong size shipped
- Wrong design or product
- Missing items from order
3. Damaged Products
- Products damaged during shipping
- Torn, stained, or soiled items
Color Matching & Print Expectations
Please Note: Our products are printed using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) technology with CMYK ink colors.
Important Color Information:
- Colors on your screen may differ from the printed product due to monitor calibration and printing process
- CMYK printing is a process printing method, not spot color printing
- Slight color variations between screen display and actual product are normal and not eligible for refund
- If exact color matching is critical, please contact us before ordering to discuss options
We recommend: Order a sample product first if color accuracy is essential for your needs.
Size Discrepancies
If you receive a product in the wrong size:
- Provide clear photos of the product with measurements
- Show the product label/tag indicating the size
- Our production team will verify the claim
Refund Process
Claim Submission Process
- Contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery

- Detailed description of the issue
- Wait for verification - our team will review your claim within 48-72 hours

Resolution - once approved, we will process either:
- Full refund to your original payment method, OR
- Free replacement shipment
Approved Refunds
- Refunds take 7-10 business days to process after approval
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated
Refund Amount
- Full refund for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products
- No refund for customer errors (wrong size selected, buyer's remorse, color expectations)
Lost in Transit
- If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or replacement
- No unboxing video required for lost packages
- Claim can be filed once shipping status confirms the loss
Important Notes
- All refund and replacement requests require verification
- Unboxing video is mandatory - claims without video cannot be processed
- Products must be unused and in original condition for quality issues
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective
- After 7 days from delivery, you will be responsible for any reprinting charges
- We reserve the right to reject claims that cannot be verified
